2. Location: say no to "always" permissions
3. System Services. Leave on: emergency, find my iPhone, networking, wireless. ALL THE REST, off
4. WiFi calling: only on if you're in another country
5. Say No to: iPhone analytics, mapping, improve
6. Privacy: analytics, improbements, etc - OFF
7. Go to Apple Advertising. Personalized ads: OFF bc they probably won't hit you with so many ads & wth do they know what you may like
8. Go to Research. Sensor and Usage Data: OFF....
9. Go to MAIL. Privacy, Protection: make sure it's ON
10. Go to MAIL: Accounts/fetch new data: OFF
11. Go to SETTINGS. iCloud/backup/backup cellular. Switch to backup wifi if your plan is not unlimited
12. Go to Photos. Cellular data. Turn off. "It's a gimmick" ....
13. Go to SAFARI. Preload Top Hit: OFF
14. Close Tabs: OFF. Only do it manually
15. Go To SAFARI. Settings/General/App Refresh: downloads data you don't need when refreshes. Turn OFF.

You aren't a dumbass. I'm convinced that they are using remote technology to cause people to fall. Consider what caused your fall, if there really was an obstruction. My Sandler strap was tightly secure yet something literally burned/lasered/cut it remotely to try to cause me to fall. This dumbass didn't fall because I walked as if my sandle had no problem for a block. I got to the train station and while walking up the stairs realized something severed my strap remotely. Just be aware of your surroundings and walk cautiously. That's all I can think of for advice. What happened to their backyard tree may have been caused by a laser. BTW, I watched a horse competition and the winners was a family from Utah. It was a huge competition, using Belgian horses and the like. Mr. And Mrs. Tim Sparrow of Young Essential Oils. I hope they get my letter. They had a tragic death in their family n 2021. Mrs. Sparrow's outfit blended with her little daughter's. She was 2:or 3. Mrs. Sparrow cried with such emotion.
